Bench Notes

Bench notes are where the Daily Driver build gets documented in public — the open-back design, the prototypes, the measurements, the dead ends, and the decisions, posted as they happen rather than after the story has a tidy ending.

The Daily Driver is being designed with AI as a design partner; the Designing Headphones with AI chapter walks through that workflow, and the design methodology chapter describes the build process being followed. The source files live in the open at github.com/makerphones/daily-driver, and the About page has the short version of what the Daily Driver is.
